IT Outsourcing Process
1. Introduction to Nextgen
Nextgen begins by providing the client with a Rate Card and Company Profile. An online introductory meeting can be arranged if needed.
2. Man Power Analysis
The client outlines specific requirements for IT expertise, including the roles needed, the qualifications for each position, the number of professionals required, and the contract duration.
3. Candidate CV Submission
Nextgen will submit multiple candidate CVs for each position, accompanied by pricing proposals. The timeline for submitting CVs may vary depending on the role.
4. Online Interview Process
The client conducts virtual interviews and skill assessments to ensure the IT professionals possess the required expertise.
5. Contract Formation
If any candidates successfully pass the interview process, the client issues an IT Outsourcing contract with Nextgen.
